Kingi, a close ally of Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho, said that he is ready to make amends with some of the aspirants in Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) including Jumwa before the August polls. Jumwa had accused Kingi of favoring Willy Mtengo during nominations, adding that she will campaign for Kilifi North MP Gideon Mung’aro to dethrone the incumbent.

On Thursday, Kingi called upon Jumwa and other aspirant to forget the past and work together to deliver votes to Cord leader Raila Amolo Odinga in the forthcoming general polls.

Meanwhile, Kingi and Joho have been chosen to spearhead Pwani ni NASA campaigns in all the six counties.

The two leaders are expected to pitch tents in different parts of the nation until Cord Leader ascends to power in the  forthcoming general polls.

Kingi and Joho have affirmed that they will rally voters from this part of the nation to back the former prime minister until his presidential dream turns into a reality when that time comes.

The duo are expected to deliver over 90 per cent of votes from Coastal counties to the opposition.
