[Photo: standardmedia.co.ke]Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has asked opposition's National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders to accept the outcome of the August 8 polls.
Kuria says that NASA should be ready to accept defeat because Jubilee government will win re-election for a second term in August.
According to Kuria, NASA has no numbers to claim that it will defeat President Uhuru Kenyatta in August.
Kuria said that Jubilee still has numbers that will send NASA to opposition in August.
“NASA should prepare for another humiliating defeat in August because as Jubilee we still have numbers that will guarantee Uhuru's second term in office,” he told journalists after a church service at CITAM in Karen, Nairobi on Sunday.
Kuria said that Jubilee numbers have increased in the just concluded mass voter registration exercise.
“We want NASA to assure us that it will accept the outcome of the August polls and that there will be no court battles,” he added as quoted by the Daily Nation.
The vocal Gatundu South MP further said that Jubilee’s development agenda will see President Kenyatta’s re-elected in August.
He accused the opposition of politicising Jubilee government development projects to gain political mileage ahead of the August general election.
