Budalang'i MP Ababu Namwamba has cautioned Kenyans against voting Opposition alliance NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga during the August polls.
Speaking in Uasin Gishu on Saturday, the lawmaker noted that the coalition has nothing substantial to offer Kenyans, adding that its leaders are only keen to share positions.
NASA is a conglomeration of five major Opposition political parties, that include: ODM, Wiper Democratic Movement, Amani National Congress, Ford Kenya and Chama Cha Mashinani.
The Labour Party of Kenya further affirmed his support for President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election bid, citing improved economy under Kenyatta's administration.
"As a party, we choose to support Jubilee because of its development agenda. Though there were few challenges, they delivered and we are supporting them for another term," he noted.
Ababu fell out with ODM Party leader Raila Odinga last year, leading to his resignation from the party.
