A political commentator Prof Herman Manyora has admitted that though NASA may have the requisite numbers to win the presidency against the rival Jubilee party, this may not happen due to poor strategy.

Manyora, speaking on Citizen TV's Sunday Live, said that Jubilee seems to be way ahead of NASA in matters of election winning strategy.

"I have to say that today, Nasa has more numbers but Jubilee has the strategy. Nasa must move away from looking like an outfit for one community," said Manyora.

Speaking during the same interview, political pundit Dr Barack Muluka seemed to agree with Manyora saying that Nasa sounds like its sole aim is to dislodge Jubilee from power with nothing more after that.

"Nasa needs to give Kenyans more than just bashing Jubilee. They must come up with a way to convince Kenyans that they are indeed a government in waiting. Raila Odinga must look good and thus cannot be the one ‘attacking’ Jubilee," said Muluka.

He added that NASA must show Kenyans "what is super about them to overcome the burden of the incumbent."

Muluka warned Nasa that elections are warned at the ballot and not by the number of registered voters.
