[Photo|ODM]Opposition's National Super Alliance (Nasa) has hatched a plot to ensure plans by President Uhuru Kenyatta to name his 2nd cabinet are not successful. One of its plot is to ensure the coalition does not submit a list of MPs to the National Assembly committee tasked with vetting of Cabinet Secretaries whenever they are nominated for appointment by the president.National Assembly Minority Leader, Suna East MP John Mbadi, said NASA will not submit any list of members to the Committee of Appointment whose chairman is the Speaker of the House.According to Mbadi, the move follows a declaration they reached during a NASA mini-assembly meeting in Maanzoni Lodge, Machakos county recently. He reiterated NASA leaders' call that they do not recognise Uhuru as president, and so they will scuttle each of his government plans."We do not want to be party to the appointment of CSs because we do not recognise the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta as president. This is the reason why we will not participate in the formation of this committee and the possibility of vetting his Cabinet Secretaries," Mbadi said, Wednesday.Uhuru is expected to appoint his Cabinet following his second inauguration held at Kasarani Stadium on Tuesday.
