President Uhuru Kenyatta has questioned the opposition coalition NASA's preparedness for the general elections.
Speaking on Thursday during his tour of Nyeri County, the Head of State accused Opposition leaders of deliberately sabotaging the electoral process.
He further claimed that there was a plot by the Opposition to have the poll date postponed, citing NASA's decision to move to court to have Dubai-based Al Ghurair firm stopped from printing ballot papers.
"Today he (Raila) went to court as part of his plot to block Kenyans from voting. Kenyans have a right to vote to choose their leaders," Uhuru said.
The opposition, however, has since dismissed Uhuru's assertions, saying it is they who have sensed defeat and now are in a panic mode.
