Anglican Church of Kenya Kisii Diocese Bishop  Edward Manoti appealed to Kenyatta and Odinga to ensure that they lead by example in order for them to ensure they keep peace in Kenya.

“Leaders should know that the young generation is watching them and they should lead by example and know that Kenya is bigger than any individual,” he added.

Speaking on Monday when he visited former Councilor Kevin Nyambega at his home the bishop said that they will ensure that Kenyans keep peace ahead of the polls.

He urged Christians to pray for the country and voters to exercise their democratic rights by electing a president who has been chosen by God.

The cleric urged the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to rectify the anomalies that led to the nullification of the August 8 Presidential elections by the Supreme Court.
