The Jubilee Party and National Super Alliance (Nasa) leaders will be facing a big nightmare as parties come close to submitting their nomination rules to IEBC starting Monday.
In Nasa, there is already confusion among its four affiliate parties
ODM, ANC, Wiper and Ford Kenya.
The principals are shrouded in the headache of whether or not to hold joint nominations in the coming primaries or let every individual party conduct its own nominations and field candidates in the general poll.
This comes at a wrong time as the opposition has not yet settled on a presidential candidate and should the nominations prove the disunite the coalition from the grassroots, the presidential dream will be lost.
On the other hand, Jubilee has gone back to the start after the IEBC decided to remain non-committal on conducting their (JP) primaries.
