[Photo|@CofekBreaking]The National Super Alliance (Nasa) has explained to the Supreme Court, the formula which was allegedly used by its rival, in rigging the August 8 polls, in favour of President Uhuru Kenyatta.Nasa lawyer Otiende Amollo made reference to an affidavit by the alliance's ICT and Statistics expert Dr Nyangasi Onduwo at the Supreme Court, saying the formula used to calculate Kenyatta's votes is "Y = 1.2045x + 183546" a formula, he said, results to a graph that defies statistics.

During the declarartion of the results, Amollo said, IEBC did not have 10,480 forms 34A, from the polling stations, addind that the "declaration was null and void."According to him, only 29,000 forms 34A had been received by August 10, a move that saw the electoral agency 'cook' figures or other forms, translating to 7 million votes, in favour of Kenyatta.During the hearing of the petition, Monday, he also told the court that in several polling stations, including from his Rarieda Constituency in Siaya County, votes were decreased from petitioner Raila Odinga (Nasa leader) and increased to Kenyatta's.
