[Photo: pulselive.co.ke]Political analyst and lawyer James Mamboleo has said that Odinga should accept that things have failed to go his way and, therefore, urge his supporters 'to go back to work'."By Nasa saying that they have postponed the event to a future date, is another lie to keep their supporters hopeful. Nothing will ever come out of this," Mamboleo told NTV today on Monday. He added: "There’s this article in the constitution that Nasa has consistently fallen back to, that the people can exercise power directly but the same constitution says in article 3 that you cannot establish a government outside the provisions of the constitution."Mamboleo noted that Nasa has identified itself with just one role which he said was 'fighting for power' while 'many of us do not know what their policies are even on basic issues such as water, electricity and many more'.However pro-Nasa lawyer Nelson Havi said that the fact that Odinga and Nasa fraternity had postponed the swearing in should be seen as an opportunity for the country to heal and to reconcile."It’s not time to celebrate because with we think, hey our brothers have lost. It is time to reconcile and I urge the Kenyan nation, you must listen to Uhuru Kenyatta, you must listen to Raila Odinga. These individuals cannot be belittled. Time for bickering is gone. It is time to demand for development," Havi said.
