The National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka faced a rather chaotic scene as they entered Meru Town for their second rally as NASA on Monday.
Pro-Jubilee youths barricaded the entrance to Meru town's main stage with rocks, forcing Raila and Kalonzo to keep off from the area.
However, the two leaders managed to make some stopovers in other section of the county and delivered their message to the locals.
Meru has long been considered as a Jubilee stronghold, but sentiments from billionaire Paul Kobia that the region will support NASA are still yet to be clear as 2017 elections beckons.
Raila was also today set to unveil the job that he will accord Julius Mwithalii and his 3 siblings who are living with disabilities.
Mwithalii is famously known as 'Meru James Bond" after clinging on the opposition chief's helicopter a few weeks ago.
