The National Super Alliance (Nasa) leaders are today expected to take their campaigns to Kakamega county.
The region is a perceived opposition stronghold, and is one of the counties with the highest number of registered voters.
Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odinga, his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka Musalia Mudavadi, and Moses Wetang’ula are expected to traverse Malava, Lugari and Likuyani on today.
The opposition leaders will then head to Navakholo, Matungu, Mumias East and Mumias West on Wednesday.
Jubilee Party leaders President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto have held several rallies in Kakamega County in the last two months.
