Leaders allied to the National Super Alliance are set to appear in court on Monday.

The leaders will be attending a suit against Moses Wetangula’s bodyguard Simon Lonyia.

According to Wetangula, the leaders will appear in court as the defence witnesses for the bodyguard.

Lonyia has been charged with resisting arrest during the presidential petition hearing.

Wetangula has maintained that the Jubilee administration is frustrating his bodyguard, the courts found Mr Lonyia with a case to answer.

The bodyguard was involved in a scuffle with security officials at the Supreme Court.

During the incident, Lonyia was disarmed during the proceedings of the NASA election petition.

He arrived at the court in the company of NASA principals Raila Odinga, Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Senator Wetangula.

The police constable was later said to have been dismissed from the force after the gun drama at the Supreme Court, claims that the police service commission denied.
