As the government mounts an unrelenting crackdown on opposition leaders associated with the January 30 swearing-in of Raila Odinga, we look at leaders who stand the risk of being arrested this week.
Already three leaders have been taken in although two were released after questioning.
Miguna Miguna, the self-described NASA general, is still languishing behind bars, TJ Kajwang and George Aladwa were released.
These are the other leaders our hunch tells us could be arrested this week:
Cleophas Malala
The Kakamega senator has been pushing strongly for the swearing-in and is on record saying that he doesn't fear arrest.
He has on many occasions said that Raila Odinga is the president.
Babu Owino:
The controversial Kakamega Senator has said that he doesn't recognise the Uhuru Kenyatta presidency.
In fact, he has asked Raila Odinga to make him the Cabinet Secretary for Interior.
Gladys Wanga:
The Women's Representative was present at the January 30 ceremony at Uhuru Park.
She has recognised Raila as her president and maintained she will not be cowed by state threats.
