Mule said the High Court revoked Miguna's deportation terming it null and void but the government went ahead and appealed the ruling.

He said the Jubilee administration is ruling because of the same court's ruling and its despicable that the same government defys its orders.

“So, when the ruling is on your favor you are busy Pickering. Obey the court orders but when it's against you, you strongly challenge. Isn't that double standards," Mule said.

On matters of education, Mule urged the new Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed to do a complete transformation on the educational sector differently from her precursor.

Mule addressed journalists at Matungulu Girls High School in Machakos County on Saturday.

He exhibited confidence on Mohamed stating she is capable of doing great job in the Education Ministry despite being a diplomat.

Mohamed had earlier reaffirmed her commitment to sustain implementation of reforms at the ministry initiated by her predecessor Fred Matiangi.
