A voter in West Mugirango has now written to Registrar of political parties and Ford Kenya over the conduct of the area MP.
Vincent Osumo, a NASA activist, accuses Vincent Kemosi of undermining the coalition and its party leader Raila Odinga.
"He is an absentee MP who propagates Jubilee agenda. We have clear political parties Acy guidelines which must b evoked," he said.
The Ford Kenya MP was quoted by a section of media for allegedly calling for hanging of Raila over the planned swearing in on grounds that it violates the penal code.
And on that ground, Osumo says, the MP has fallen short of loyalty, a substantive reason for eviction from the party.
"Ford Kenya is in NASA and the coalition's position ought to be respected. You can't wish our leader death through the so called treason. By doing so, he confirms that he works with Jubilee," he said.
At Ramba on Monday, Kemosi intensified calls to have Raila tamed over his planned swearing-in, adding that treason charges should be preferred on him.
NASA has slated the much hyped swearing-in end of this month despite calls to drop the plans.
