South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro has continued with onslaught on Raila Odinga's planned inauguration, insisting the exercise will contravene the constitution.
Last week, Osoro had however denied opposing Raila's inauguration, blaming media for allegedly misquoting him.
"There is no instance where I ever opposed Raila. He is my leader and that is where my heart is,' he said.
But at Nyamira Politics WhatsApp group, a defiant Osoro insisted that the inauguration will be a breach of the constitution, a stand which conflicts his earlier observation.
Further, Osoro said, Raila recognises Uhuru as president given that he was sworn-in in compliance with the constitution.
"I don't fancy Uhuru and let's not live in denial. He is the president and he outsmarted us," said Osoro.
He added: "Raila recognises him and some of you may not know. He is the president whether legit or not."
Along with Borabu's Ben Momany, Vincent Kemosi (West Mugirango) and Richard Onyonka (Kitutu Chache South) have all distanced themselves from the inauguration.
