Balambala MP Abdikadir Aden has termed President Uhuru Kenyatta failure to attend the presidential debate as an act of disrespect to the media and Kenyans.
The MP claimed that Uhuru does not respect Kenyans and his decision not to attend the debate was a foolish act.
According to the ODM MP, the Monday presidential debate was a chance for the president Kenyatta and the opposition to tell Kenyans that all will be well before, during and after the August 8 general election.
The MP said that Uhuru and Jubilee party treated the debate casually adding that Kenyans will not forgive him (Uhuru) for standing them down.
He said that the president was afraid of the debate because his government has failed the country.
“It was foolish of him (the president) to snub such an important debate and it shows that he does not respect the media and Kenyans,” he said as quoted by the Standard.
The MP said that Uhuru’s time n government is up and that he should start packing.
He said that NASA is the government in waiting and that Uhuru should pack out of government.
The MP said that NASA will send UhuRuto packing with a huge vote margin.
President Kenyatta snubbed the live presidential debate that was attended by Raila Odinga on Monday night.
During the debate, Raila assured the country that the August 8 polls will be peaceful. The former Prime Minister also said that the will conceded if he loses to Jubilee
