A NASA affiliated MP in Nyamira County has warned residents and his political rivals against spreading propaganda about his leadership.
Borabu MP Ben Momanyi speaking during the official opening of Magura secondary school on Thursday said he will not succumb to propaganda being peddled by idlers in the region.
The Wiper party MP said locals and aspiring politicians should drop political differences for the purposes of brining development in the region.
“Aspiring politicians who wants to unseat me in 2022 should stop misusing residents to spreading propaganda. It is time we should unite and shake hands to boost service delivery to our people,” he noted.
The vocal MP rubbished a section of Gusii politicians who are not happy with the move by Gusii MPs’ plan to form a political party.
The MP reiterated that he will prioritize education throughout his tenure and urged parents to ensure they apply for CDF bursary funds in future when asked to so.
“I am committed to improve the levels of education in my constituency by ensuring all learners benefits from the CDF bursary funds but if parents won’t apply for the funds their children risks missing the funds because only applicants will be considered,” he said.
