A group of Members of Parliament from Siaya County have revealed the final plan to remove IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba from office.

The ODM lawmakers have said that they might resort to physically kick out of office Chiloba on Monday if he will not have resigned.

Lead by Alego-Usonga MP Samuel Atandi, the lawmakers said it will be better if Chiloba starts preparing to vacate office early to avoid their wrath.

“He has only two days from now to pack his belongings from that office,”he said.

Other MPs wo called for Chiloba’s exit inlude Opiyo Wandayi(Ugunja), James Orengo (Siaya), Christine Ombaka (Women Rep), Otiende Amolo (Rarieda), Oburu Odinga (Former Bondo MP).

Speaking on Friday, Wandayi said that the country is on a revolutionary path and any misguided state officers and leaders will be dealt with accordingly.

On his part, Orengo said responsibility for election malpractices that led to the nullification of the presidential polls lies with Chiloba.

Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo told Jubilee leaders to stop day dreaming that they can force NASA to go to the election with Chiloba as the CEO.

“We are going to educate them that Chiloba is not fit to be in any public office — the way we educated them in the Supreme Court that the presidential election was bungled,” said Amollo.

Already IEBC has appointed Chiloba to be in charge of the October 17 repeat presidential polls.

NASA has maintained that they will boycott the polls if Chiloba remains in office.
