Duale said despite the hype around the leaders meeting at Bomas of Kenya on Wednesday, the event ended with nothing but the usual rhetoric from the principals.

"At Bomas, there was nothing more than the usual political rhetoric that we are used to from them during burials and rallies. It was just like a rally moved to Bomas. No new faces, no new ideas that can shift the political ground," said Duale as quoted by The Standard.

The Garissa Town MP said NASA is a group of individuals who are only worried about their own selfish interests, adding that they pose no threat to President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election during August polls.

The Opposition chiefs led by ODM's Leader Raila Odinga, Wiper’s Kalonzo Musyoka, ANC’s Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya’s Moses Wetangula on Wednesday declared to remain united in a strategic effort to send Jubilee administration home in this year's polls.
