Nominated MP Isaac Mwaura. He believes NASA is not committed to peace during and after the August polls. (www.twitter.com)Nominated legislator Isaac Mwaura has accused National Super Alliance (NASA) for failing to to commit to a peaceful period during the August polls.
Mwaura has reiterated that NASA is giving ultimatums instead of coming out and assuring Kenyans they will abide by the final results of IEBC.
Instead, he has blamed ODM legislators for making inflammatory messages which are a precursor to violence after August elections.
"NASA is not committed to peaceful elections. What they are doing is to give ultimatums instead of assuring Kenyans they will abide by the final IEBC results," said Mwaura.
Mwaura also advised pollsters to come up with credible figures that are not suspect of forgery. He linked the recent Infotrack polls as dubious saying President Uhuru Kenyatta has been leading all through the year.
"Pollsters need to come up with credible figures that are trustworthy. President Uhuru Kenyatta has been leading for all along and it is suspect for Infotrak to come up with its results where Raila Odinga is leading," added Mwaura.
Mwaura made the remarks on Monday on NTV during an interview.
