NASA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Norman Magaya on Saturday attacked veteran journalist Alex Chamwada and asked the opposition supporters to resist him.
Chamwada who on February 10, brought back his Daring Abroad programme on KTN after a long break, was a senior reporter at Citizen TV.
Magaya accused the journalist of destroying Kenya, terming him a 'rogue capitalist' who hoped to benefit from the graves of the poor.
"You can't be party to destroying motherland then go yapping about daring abroad. Chamwada you are a shame to our generation. You are a rogue capitalist hoping to rip big on the graves of the poor. Shame on you for betraying our democracy," he said.
According to the NASA official, Chamwada was part of the persons who allegedly compromised the August 8, 2017 general elections that saw opposition leader Raila Odinga and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka beaten by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
"We ask our supporters to reject and resist the charade that is @AlexChamwada. He was part of Cambridge analytica that compromised the 2017 elections. If @KTNNews insists airing this contemptuous program, we urge you to resist both. Chamwada must pay for his sins. Traitor," twitted Magaya.
