Jubilee's Ugandan blogger David Matsanga has claimed that the Opposition NASA are intending to use hired goons to rig the elections.
In a facebook post he wrote on Wednesday, Matsanga said NASA was working with the infamous 'Men in Black' to masquerade as observers under the adopt-a-polling-station initiative.
The plan, according to the blogger, is to attack legitimate observers in an attempt to rig the poll.
"Adopt-A -Polling Station must not be allowed in Kenyan Election.These are Men in Black disguised to harm Observers and opponents," he said.
Recently, acting Interior CS Fred Matiangi dismissed the adopt-a-polling-station initiative as illegal and said police would not allow anyone near the polling stations after voting.
