In a bid to drum up more support for the National Super Alliance (Nasa) in Western region ahead of the August 8 polls, the Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odiga has split his campaign team in the region into two.

The two teams, team A and team B, will separately crisscross the western region in a four day campaign rally to woo voters to vote for Raila as the president in the August elections.

The teams will on Thursday campaign separately in Trans Nzoia county with team A kicking its campaigns in Kiminini, Saboti, Endebess and end the rally in Kitale. Team B on the other hand will start its campaigns in Kwanza, then move to Cherengany and finally join team A in kitale.

The teams will head to Bungoma county on Friday. Team A will campaign in Cheptais, Sirisia and Bumula before going to Bungoma town. Team B will be in Tongaren, Kimilili, Webuye town and finally join the other team in Bungoma town.

Kakamega county will be hosting the two teams on Saturday. Team A will traverse Shamakhokho, Serem, Boyani and Gisambai and finally end at Mbale. Team B will be in Luanda, Khumusalaba and Majengo before joining team A in Mbale for a rally.

Finally on Sunday, the two teams will pitch camp in Busia county. Team A will tour Budalangi, Funyula and Matayos before ending the campaigns in Busia town. Team B will head to Malaba, Amagoro, Kimaeti, Nambale and finally join team A in Busia town.
