[Photo|@citizentvkenya]Former Kakamega Senator is leading the National Super Allianve (Nasa) protests against the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), in the town.Nasa leadership, led by Raila Odinga, declared nationwide street protests against the IEBC, demanding for the dismissal of CEO Ezra Chiloba, and his team, saying they colluded to subvert August 8 elections.Khalwale who is also the Ford Kenya deputy party leader, was accompanied by a huge crowd in Kakamega town streets, Monday morning, chanting ant-IEBC slogans, before the police used teargas canisters to disperse them.Similar protests were witnessed in Kisumu, where police engaged Nasa supporters in running battles.And in Embu town, supporters in the county met at around noon, ready to start their anti-IEBC demos.
