President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto during their campaigns last year vowed to provide free secondary education to Kenyan parents who have children in the secondary school level. However, things seem not to be as they were promised as parents are asked to pay full school fees at the various secondary schools.The National Super Alliance (NASA) coalition has condemned the Jubilee government for failing to fulfill the promise.Through a tweet on Sunday, the opposition coalition said parents countrywide are struggling to find school fees they didn't budget for as they were told not to pay.NASA added that millions of Kenyans did not vote for President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto regime citing that "they knew it will remain a JOKE""Chaos in the countryside as parents struggle to find school fees they didn’t budget, as they were told not to plan to pay.
