[Photo| Nation]The National Super Alliance (Nasa) CEO Norman Magaya has hit out at the Attorney General Githu Muigai after he sued the coalition over the formation of People's Assembly. Muigai through a petition filed under certificate of urgency, asked the court to declare formation of the assemblies illegal and unconstitutional. Magaya who took to his twitter account on Monday criticised the AG saying he was confused and conflicted.The NASA boss further added that Muigai was a hopeless professor."Githu Muigai is terribly confused and conflicted. After hyping empty threats about a non existent offense called high treason which fell flat, he now wants to challenge legality of people's assembly. Hopeless professor. You & the jubilee junta are headed home," tweeted Magaya. So far 15 county assemblies have passed the motion to form the People's Assemblies ahead of of Opposition leader Raila Odinga's swearing-in as the people's president.
