[Photo/Boniface Kabaka/Facebook]President Uhuru Kenyatta-led Jubilee Party is intending to deny Kenyans the right to a free and fair election, Machakos Senator Boniface Kabaka has said.The first-time Senator criticised the move by the ruling party lawmakers to amend electoral rules ahead of the fresh election, terming the changes unconstitutional."The move is not only ill-intended but an attempt by those calling themselves the majority to subvert the Constitution by denying the citizens their right to a credible and transparent polls," he said.Kabaka said the Opposition alliance is looking forward for free and fair repeat election, insisting that the IEBC must meet NASA demands on electoral reforms."We are putting on notice those trying to change the laws of the Republic of Kenya. All we want is a level playground for Kenyans to go back to a fresh election," the Senator reiterated.
