NASA CEO Norman Magaya has maintained that Raila Odinga's swearing-in ceremony will proceed as earlier scheduled for January 30 at the iconic Uhuru Park grounds. The combative CEO said that the opposition would not succumb to the intimidation of the Jubilee government.''We had already made an application for using the park as per the regulations set out by the Nairobi County Government. We have requisitions for an invoice for us to be able to pay today. We do not have to seek another venue. Uhuru Park is a public venue and we will not succumb to arm-twisting,'' Norman Magaya.NASA CEO spoke today in the afternoon on a leading television station from Capital Hill in Nairobi.

His strong words come in the wake of revelations that other groups had applied for the venue. This now sets the stage for a bloody showdown between the police and opposition supporters.
