Former Bundalang’i legislator  Ababu Namwamba has claimed that Opposition leaders are spreading hatred ahead of the October repeat of polls.

Namwamba said NASA allied leadiers should desist spreading propaganda about the changes of the election law.

He defended Jubilee MPs for their move to change election law saying they were elected to Parliament is to debate and make laws.

"Parliament will proceed amending the electoral laws. NASA should stop lying to Kenyans since the Supreme court said elections must be held in accordance with the law and that is what Jubilee wants. Amending the laws will ease IEBC's work to give Kenyans free, fair and credible," he said.

He dismissed threats by opposition that they will boycott the repeat presidential election slated for October.

Namwamba called on  envoys to probe investigations on NASA leaders are engaged in hatred which may plunge the country into chaos.

“The ambassadors working in our country should focus on the hate mongers and not directing on how laws should be made,”said the former ODM party secretary general.
