[Photo| Twitter]Supporters of the National Super Alliance (Nasa) in Siaya county on Monday took to Airtel shops in the town to ditch Safaricom.Their move came minutes after the Nasa principal Raila Odinga migrated from Safaricom to Airtel.According to the supporters, they heed Raila's call to boycott the telecommunication company after it was alleged to have colluded with Jubilee party to rig in President Uhuru Kenyatta in the August 8 polls.Safaricom has however denied the claims. "Now that we have seen our leader at the Airtel shop, that automatically means Airtel is now the better option and not Safaricom," An opposition supporter Onyango Fred is quoted by the Star.Another local identified as Ogolla, advised Safaricom to withdraw their services from NASA strongholds to avoid losses."I want to assure them that if our routine demonstrations kick off, not even Safaricom boosters and Mpesa kiosks will be spared," said Ogolla. The Supporters were given until Friday to have migrated to other mobile networks.
