At least four National Super Alliance (Nasa) principals, led by their presidential candidate Raila Odinga, are expected to take their vote hunt to Isiolo County today, Wednesday.
The tour by the opposition leaders comes just four days after President Uhuru Kenyatta toured the cosmopolitan region in bid to strengthen Jubilee’s support in Isiolo.
ODM candidate for the county’s governorship Adan Kabelo says Raila will be accompanied by Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Moses Wetangula (Ford-Kenya).
The fifth co-principal, Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party leader Issac Ruto will be absent since he will be on official duty elsewhere.
Kabelo also disclosed that governors from all Nasa strongholds including Mombasa’s Hassan Joho will attend the rally.
“The Nasa brigade will be coming for a joint rally on Wednesday afternoon to inform Kenyans about their structure and agenda ahead of August 8 polls,” Kabelo said.
