Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju has scoffed at the National Super Alliance (Nasa) saying they risk losing by a bigger margin in the repeat presidential polls set for October 17.Speaking to NTV on Sunday, the former Tourism minister said the opposition outfit would probably need to redouble what they scored in the swing counties on August 8 if they ever want to beat Jubilee."Nasa needs to score at least 90 per cent in 17 swing counties if they ever want to beat Jubilee in this repeat polls, otherwise I see them losing by an even greater margin", he said. The former Rarieda MP added that Nasa presidential contender Raila Odinga who had earlier remarked that presidential polls conducted on August 8 would be won on the strength of registered voters but changed tune shortly after realising that his perceived strongholds were trailing Jubilee zones." The Nasa presidential contender said in February that presidential polls would be won on the strength of registered voters. When he realized that he had no numbers he decided to change tune," he said.Tuju maintained that whereas the results of the August 8 polls were nullified by the Supreme Court, they would still cruise to an easy victory in the repeat exercise since they have hit the ground campaigning while their counterparts are busy holding press conferences.
