National Super Alliance (Nasa) has said it will ask the International Criminal Court (ICC) to start investigations the alleged profiling and killing of its supporters.

During a press conference on Wednesday in Nairobi, NASA further maintained that the planned swearing in of Raila Odinga is still on course.

According to Kakamega Senator Cleopas Malala, the opposition will process and file a petition, using the Nasa affidavit, to the UN Security Council, AU Assembly, and the European Union.

NASA is set to swear in Raila on Tuesday next week at Uhuru Park.

This comes at a time when the Nairobi county government announced that the facility will be closed for renovation.
