Opposition outfit NASA will snub Supreme Court in case they lose ‘unfairly’ in August presidential elections, Says Suna East MP Junnet Mohammed.

In 2013, opposition leader Raila Odinga had his presidential petition dismissed by the Supreme Court on insufficient evidence.

And on Monday, the ODM Director of Elections said the opposition team will not ‘waste’ time filing a case even though he failed to reveal their immediate plan.

“I want to warn IEBC against rigging. Kenyans have had enough of such mediocrity,” said Mohammed at Siaya during a NASA rally.

The outspoken first term legislator added: “We are not going to waste out time at Supreme Court and that is a guarantee. We know the appropriate steps to take.”

Although opposition leader Raila Odinga has severally warned against bungling of elections, he has also revealed his plans to set a parallel tallying centre for vote verification which has been resisted by Jubilee party.

Coincidentally, National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale claimed that the opposition team was keen to rig August elections through parallel tallying centres, a claim which Mohammed dismisses as ‘nonsense’.
