Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen now says that the opposition NASA alliance has run out of ideas as it seeks to dethrone Jubilee in the oncoming Presidential elections.
Speaking on Citizen TV Tuesday,Murkomen accused the alliance of hiding behind IEBC upon realization that it stands no chance in the race, saying that due to its shortage of policies to publicize, the team is now using anti-IEBC demonstrations in a bid to appeal for sympathy from the electorate.
''We have discovered that the demonstrations are not about IEBC and its alleged blunders but are NASA's new campaign method,'' said the Senate majority leader.
He doubted any possibilities of the alliance under its candidate, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga making it to power saying that it has no leadership qualities and abilities.
He attracted attention to NASA's alleged inability to appoint members to fill slots in both the senate and national assembly saying that it shows that the principals have no capability to even agree among themselves, bringing into question their ability to run a government.
''Raila and his team are not only fighting IEBC and other firms but is as well fighting among themselves and have until now been unable to even come up with names to fill up the slots in the two houses allocated to them by the constitution,'' said Murkomen.
