The National Super Alliance (Nasa) now wants President Kenyatta’s chief agent David Chirchir prosecuted.
The coalition, through a letter to Keriako Tobiko, wants Chirchir prosecuted, for allegedly accessing the IEBC servers during the August 8 General Election.
The Raila Odinga-led coaltion says Chirchir illegally accessed the servers, and should be charged after the court nullified the August polls on grounds of illegalities.
Through lawyer Antony Oluoch, the coalition has given the DPP 72 hours to ensure a step has been taken.
“Our express instructions are that Safaricom Limited and Davis Chirchir have committed criminal offences for which they must be punished,” Mr Oluoch says as quoted by the Daily Nation.
The coalition has been calling for the prosecution of individuals said to have accessed the IEBC servers, in the polls that President Kenyatta was declared winner.
