This comes after NASA leader Musalia Mudavadi said that there was no disagreement in the outfit on planned joint nominations, which he said will be done only in exceptional circumstances.
“The planned Nasa joint nominations will be an exception, and not the rule,” Mudavadi said at the ANC office on Tuesday.
While addressing aspirants at Wiper party offices in Nairobi, Musyoka said that aspirants in Wiper, Orange Democratic Movement, Amani National Congress and Ford-Kenya should be free to face one another.
“We want to give everybody opportunity to present themselves to the electorate,” he said.
Musyoka received a delegation from Makueni County that had accompanied Governor Kivutha Kibwana who returned his nomination papers to the party.
