President Uhuru Kenyatta and Nasa flag bearer Raila Odinga in a past event. Analyst says that Raila should be very worried when opinion polls show that he is behind Uhuru. [Photo: citizentv.co.ke]The 10 million strong rallying call by Nasa is hogwash if recent opinion polls are anything to go by.Political analyst Mark Bichachi has said that the opposition Nasa has got all the reasons to get worried arguing that opinion polls should be placing them ahead of Jubilee with less than 20 days to August 8 poll."This will be a very interesting election to watch but I still believe that Nasa has got a long way to go. I am not convinced they are anywhere near victory as they want us to believe. With less than 20 days to the election, their flag bearer should be polling ahead of Jubilee's not the other way round. The 10 million strong also does not make sense to me or to anyone for that matter," Bichachi told KTN News on Sunday.Bichachi was commenting on Ipsos Synovate poll which showed President Uhuru of Jubilee ahead with 47% while NASA's Raila Odinga trailed him at 43%.However, a pro-Nasa analyst Calvince Owidi speaking at the same time rubbished the Ipsos poll terming it as part of Jubilee propaganda machinations to propel its presidential candidate."I have not changed my opinion on Ipsos Synovate, the polling firm was taken over by Jubilee a long time ago just like Al-Ghurair and they are now partners. They tell Jubilee what they want to hear. In fact, opinion polling in this country no longer makes sense to anyone," said Owidi.
