Leaders of the National Super Alliance (Nasa) are expected in Isiolo for a vote hunt ahead of the August General elections.
They will led by presidential flagbearer Raila Odinga.
During the rally, the implementation of the TJRC report is expected to dominate the agenda.
The opposition has previously accused the Jubilee adminstration of failing to implemnt the report.
The visit comes just four days after President Uhuru Kenyatta toured the cosmopolitan region in bid to strengthen Jubilee’s support in the county.
Isiolo ODM governor aspirant Adan Kabelo said Mr Odinga will be accompanied by three Nasa co-principles Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Moses Wetang'ula (Ford-Kenya).
