[Photo|kenyan-post.com]The National Super Alliance (Nasa) technical adviser, Prof David Ndii has issued an explanation, on how Jubilee Party, allegedly rigged the August 8, presidential election.Nasa through its leader, Raila Odinga, claimed incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta, participated in subverting the IEBC election's transmission system, so as to win.IEBC trough chairman Wafula Chebukati, declared Uhuru president-elect, Friday August 11, with Nasa disputing the results. They said the victory was stolen from them.Nasa has since filed a petition at the Supreme Court, August 18, seeking nullification of the entire presidential election process, for a fresh poll.Ndii who is an economist, released a graph, Monday, saying it was the 54 per cent algorithm that worked to ensure Uhuru was constantly 11 per cent, ahead of Raila, regardless of votes cast.Below is the graph.
