National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has said that the National Super Alliance (NASA) politicians promise to take Kenyans to what they termed as the 'Promised Land' is a farfetched dream.

According to Duale, also Garissa Township MP, the opposition’s fight to liberate the nation from what they refer to as bad poor leadership in no longer on course.

He also said that the leaders of the opposition do not believe that they lost the last General election, adding that they are making false promises to their supporters in a bid to remain relevant in the political arena.

"Their journey to Canaan aborted so they do not know what to tell their supporters, they just keep lying to them," the Garissa Township MP said.

The remarks of the lawmaker come at a time when Former Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga and Wiper Party Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka have maintained that they will take an oath of office if President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto fight to retain power.

The duo has insisted that Jubilee is in power illegally. They have vowed to fight electoral injustices this nation has suffered since we gained independence.
