A clear picture of NASA's multi-pronged war against Jubilee is beginning to take shape even as Jubilee hope that there will be no obstacle to Uhuru swearing in this time around.
NASA has opened war in two fronts:
1) An economic war aimed at sabotaging companies associated with Jubilee Administration or those they deem are either helping prop the regime either directly or indirectly;
2) An attempt to call for secession in regions where NASA has a massive following.
NASA hopes that this raft of measures will force the Jubilee Party to the negotiating table.
The NASA Parliamentary Group is spearheading the boycott of goods and services from companies deemed unfriendly to their cause.
In a Press conference at Okoa Kenya Headquarters on Friday the October 2, 2017, Hon. Millie Odhiambo led other NASA parliamentarians in calling for a boycott of goods and services from Safaricom Limited, BIDCO Industries, and Brookside Dairies.
While this was going on, Governor Joho of Mombasa and Amazon Kingi of Kilifi called a conference in Mombasa to announce intent of the Coast counties to secede.
It is also thought that NASA may spice up the two measures with street protest and general civil disobedience.
This plan has however been thwarted by the ongoing national examinations as NASA is keen to avoid attracting the ire of parents and the nation at large.
Whether these measures and other secret moves will move the Jubilee administration is a tale for another day.
Kenyans have to hope that the difference between the parties will be solved amicably in a round table.
