Opposition Leader Raila Odinga arrives. [Photo/the-star.co.ke]High Court advocate and former Nairobi Senatorial aspirant on an ODM ticket Edwin Sifuna, has said NASA's call for mass action is to ensure current IEBC officials do not conduct fresh elections.Sifuna says if the IEBC secretariat led by CEO Ezra Chiloba is left as it is, the repeat presidential poll on October 26 will be bungled again which he said NASA won't allow. "Give us a break! Just because we removed Issack Hassan and company doesn't mean NASA should stop questioning the current IEBC. Even when Jubilee held nationwide protests against Supreme Court judges, NASA did not complain. So it is our constitutional right to express our dissatisfaction," Sifuna told KTN News on Monday morning. He said that Chiloba should realize that the country is bigger than him and step aside without much ado. However, Jubilee analyst and Lawyer Ambrose Wenda speaking at the same time, said that NASA is committing a criminal offense by threatening IEBC officials through a forced ejection from office."Mr Raila Odinga is planning to remove IEBC officials violently. NASA wants to commit offences and is planning to cause chaos to avoid elections. The ground has shifted, Jubilee will win by 70% +1 in the elections reason why NASA has panicked," Wenda said.
