The National Assembly has formed a 11 member committee to investigate and streamline betting and gambling industry in the country.
The House highlighted a tremendous growth in the industry and said this may give loopholes in tax evasion and money laundering by the industry players.
On the recent years the number of betting sites and casinos has risen thus massive money in circulation.
Some of the 11 member probe team are MPs Thomas Mwadeghu (Wundanyi), Benjamin Langat (Ainamoi), Samuel Chepkonga (Ainabkoi), Kanini Kega (Kieni) and Samuel Gichigi (Kipipiri).
This comes after Sportpesa, one of the biggest player in the betting industry announced recently on it's website a huge deal.
They are going to be official sponsors of Hull City and Southampton premier league clubs.
The committee is expected to table its report before the house within 14 days of investigation.
