National Bank customers from the North Rift region can now enjoy exclusive banking services in Eldoret town.This is after the bank launched a premium banking division at its Eldoret branch.Speaking during the unveiling of the new division, bank director of corporate banking Reuben Koech said customers under the premium division will be able to get exclusive, private and specialized services."This division has some sort of privileged to our customers compared to what the normal customer gets," Koech said."Premium banking offers a variety of tailor made services among them personalized financial advises to the customer," he added.Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago who graced the occasion as the chief guest asked the division to extend its working hours to 7.00pm."We are glad that you have seen the need to have this service to our people and I want to assure you that the locals will embrace it fully," Mandago said."The only thing I want to ask is that this division extends its operation hours to around 6.30-7.00pm so that customers can effectively benefit from it," he added.Eldoret now becomes the fifth town to get premium banking services from the National Bank after Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Nyeri.
