Nairobi governor Miguna Miguna has accused current Nairobi governor Dr. Evans Kidero for stealing public money that has deteriorated development in the city.
Miguna appearing at JKL show on Wednesday night at KTN television argued that since Kidero was elected in 2013, he has done nothing to meet the residents of Nairobi's expectations.
The former adviser to ODM leader claimed that Kidero is stealing Nairobian money as he did to Mumias Sugar company when he (Kidero) was a director.
"Kidero has spent four years as Nairobi governor doing absolutely nothing. He is at the forefront stealing public money with his cartels. Why would Kidero want to be elected for another five years with his incompetence and looting spry that has burdened Nairobi residents?" said Miguna.
Miguna stated that over 100 billion shillings has been lost under Kidero's watch and not 69 billion.
He claimed further that Kidero is using other aspirants like Esther Passaris to gain politically in the city.
"Esther Passaris is Evans Kidero's flower girl. She is paid by Kidero evidenced by lack of a party for her to run for the top seat. She is supporting Kidero to steal", he posed.
He added that Nairobi need leaders who will change the lives of the city residents.
