Chairman NCIC Francis Ole Kaparo Monday issued an order to the MP asking him to present himself before the commission.

Ngunjiri is alleged to have said on Saturday in Nakuru: “They will not destroy our businesses and property and we let them get away with it. They will move out. They must go.”

This was after two groups of youths, one in support of Raila Odinga and the other antagonizing him clashed over his presence to address a rally in Nakuru.

The Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet through his twitter handle said police in Nakuru had a directive to arrest the MP if he failed to present himself at the station on Monday.

Cord leadership led by James Orengo castigated the MP saying tribal bigotry was barbaric in this day and age.

They called for the arrest of the MP.

Las week, leaflets warning a particular community to leave Nakuru were circulated and police are still carrying out investigations to establish their source.
