Former Kathiani Mp Wavinya Ndeti has promised to ensure more job opportunities for the youths of Machakos once she is elected as Machakos county governor.
Speaking in Machakos town on Sunday Ndeti said that the youths are complaining of being left out by the current county government.
Ndeti said that she has always been concerned about youths and has always looked out on them since she was an assistant minister for Youth affairs.
She noted that the youth are tomorrow's leaders and their welfare should be looked into saying that they play a vital role in the society.
"Machakos youths are complaining because the county government has never engaged them in policy making, it has only given them numerous promises of job opportunities but none has been fulfilled," she said.
She urged residents to register nonstop as voters in order to elect the leaders of their choice and send home the non-performers.
